Before and After

It just had to be done. In an effort to normalize our home after years of kid-assault, we have come across some funny things. Some things were harder than others to recover. Our upstairs door knob was one of the difficult ones. It took about a gallon of Goo Gone to remove the adhesive from the metal. Evidently Nick thought duct tape was an approprate decorative covering for his door knob. Go figure.

Comments:
Are you sure it was Nick who did the duct tape? Cuz it seems to me that Randy Jr was the duct tape lover (even being "Duct Tape Man" once for Halloween.

To be honest, I'm not really sure. I don't know why either.

It's a mystery. No one will ever know. mwahahahaha

True, I am a duct tape lover, but a vandal I am not. I am wounded by the accusation.

That was not vandalism. I'm sure whoever did it had a very practical reason.

And from what I remember from living in that room for a while, it used to look a lot better. Clearly whoever uses that room now does not have the same standards of cleanliness and order that I had.

What? Huh???? We're talking about the room that has the brown and yellow marijuana leaves painted on the wall, right? I was always grossed out going in there when you and Randy roomed together. Sorry, but it's true. It was nasty. With giant spiders I would just wait to come out of the corner to get me.
It's an oasis of cleanliness now, thanks to JacRabbit and Randy Sr's remodeling skills.

The room may not have looked better by your silly standards, but the duct tape covered door knob definitely looked better by any standards.

I remember your standards of cleanliness and order. I still have nightmares.

Your are Excellent. And so is your site! Keep up the good work. Bookmarked.
